4. Subscriptions and Billing

SFVCreator is offered as a recurring subscription service. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the end of your current billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not affect access for the remainder of your current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

Because SFVCreator provides instant access to digital content and incurs processing costs when stories are generated, we do not offer refunds once a story has been created or delivered.

If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service, please contact us and we will review the situation.

6. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of the stories and content you generate using SFVCreator.

We do not claim ownership over your generated content. You are free to use, modify, publish, and monetize it as you choose, subject to applicable laws.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to:

• Violating applicable laws or regulations
• Generating or distributing harmful or deceptive content
• Attempting to exploit, overload, or abuse system resources

8. Fair Use (Unlimited Plans)

Unlimited plans are subject to reasonable and fair use limits. “Unlimited” does not mean unrestricted or abusive usage.

We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or review accounts that exceed reasonable usage patterns or negatively impact the Service for others.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, performance, audience growth, or business results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SFVCreator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
